Job Description - Rotate among the various departments to develop familiarity with the whole organization and its functions.
- Learn product line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies with practice that affect each phase of business.
- Acquire knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance.
- Set performance goals and objectives with upper management.
- Other assignments may be directed by management.
