Position Overview

(
  • Develop new business opportunities within the HoReCa market, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, Japanese restaurants, and other food service operators.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through sales visits, networking, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
  • Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable frozen seafood products and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide market feedback to Management.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.
