Position Summary

Contact the appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up‑selling and providing complimentary gifts for patronage. Promote brand awareness internally and externally. Process Marriott Rewards points and reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing. Assist management in training and motivating employees, uphold company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.
