Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Work a dual pipeline: warm leads + your own outreach. You'll be fed warm B2B leads from our campaigns (tagged and tracked in the CRM) to call, meet and close – and you supplement them with your own prospecting: calls, showroom visits, WhatsApp outreach to firm owners, and physical walk-ins at ID clusters and industrial hubs (Oxley Bizhub, Woodlands, Yishun and similar) from time to time.
  • Close Lead Programme deals. Sell our two main programmes – Essential and Accelerator – to ID firm bosses. Run appointments, handle objections on lead quality and pricing, and get the contract signed. We do not run trial packages: every client comes in on a committed programme.
  • Manage every account until fulfilled. Run a client WhatsApp group chat per account. Submit and maintain your weekly client priority list – complaining clients ranked first, then your programme clients – locked every Monday. Update every client on their upcoming leads for the curre...
