SALES FORCE CAPABILITY EXECUTIVE

The key objective of this position is to support the development and execution of frontline sales capability initiatives to enhance in-market execution and territory performance.

The incumbent works closely with the Field Force Capability Manager to coordinate, implement, and reinforce Sales Academy and “Step-Up” programs, ensuring effective adoption of tools, frameworks, and coaching practices across the field force.
