Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and order intake from Defence & Aerospace programs.
• Develop and execute sales & business development strategy aligned with company growth plans.
• Own RFQs/RFPs, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities from development to serial production.
• Support expansion into Aviation, Metro, Railways, and Transportation sectors.
• Build and lead a high-performance Sales/Business Development team.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain (SCM) teams.
• Lead the B2B sales strategy for Defence services, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Defence sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.
