Job Description:
Responsible for managing the entire state’s business performance, team management, OEM relationships, and B2B market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Sales Managers and MTs; ensure daily field discipline.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, key architects, and major modular studios.
• Drive revenue, monthly targets, pipeline development, and order closures.
• Oversee displays, market activation, product trainings, and showroom support.
• Resolve market issues by coordinating with operations, product, and service teams.
• Conduct weekly reviews, MBRs, and monthly reporting.
Qualifications:
• 10–15 years of experience in B2B interiors/building materials/hardware.
