Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Handle sale enquiries by communicating with the client to understand their needs. 
Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material and colour scheme specification on client needs. 
Manage project costing, preparation of quotation accordance to customer needs 
Site coordination arranges and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers. 
Project completion on time. 
 Requirements  AutoCAD, Sketchup, Kujiale, Render Software (Lumion/Vray/any related), Excel 
Preferably specialized in Interior Design or equivalent. 
Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people 
Sales driven, motivated and self-empowerment 
Required language(s): English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking client upon projects.
