Responsibilities
β Sales Operations & Strategy: Design, build, and continuously optimise the acquisition engine β from lead generation frameworks and sales playbooks to pipeline management and conversion tracking.
β Team Leadership: Directly manage and develop a team of field sales agents (Market Managers) across APAC markets, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
β Data & Analytics: Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities β translating insights into actionable operational improvements and strategic recommendations for leadership.
β Process & Tools: Own and improve the CRM infrastructure, reporting cadences, and tooling that enable the field team to work efficiently and at scale.
β Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with central teams (product, marketing, onboarding) to ensure the field team has the resources, messaging, and support needed to close and onboard hosts successfully.
