Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Sales Ledger Clerk to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
- Managed the end-to-end accounts receivable function for a customer portfolio of approximately 300 accounts.
- Raised and processed customer invoices accurately, including 5-10 complex multi-site invoices each month across multiple business locations.
- Prepared and issued multi-currency invoices, with a primary focus on Euro transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Performed daily customer account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
