Job Summary The BDM will drive business growth in Abu Dhabi by identifying, pursuing, and securing sales in the Pool + SPA sectors, covering private clients (villas) and projects (real estate developments, hotels, and resorts). The role requires a mix of planning, client relationship management, and sales expertise to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Strategy - Develop and implement strategy to win sales
- Define and implement sales targets and growth plans for sectors/verticals.
2. Sales & Lead Generation - Identify, qualify, and pursue leads across private and projects.
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract signing and handover to Operations internally.
