Job Summary

This newly created role leads and develops an NZ-wide team of dedicated Arthroplasty sales representatives. Reporting to the NZ Country Lead, you’ll be accountable for achieving budgeted sales targets through effective coaching, strategic territory planning, disciplined CRM execution, and strong field leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of dedicated arthroplasty sales professionals across NZ to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Foster a high‑performance sales culture through regular field coaching, structured feedback, and clear performance expectations aligned with Arthrex values.
