Qualification Required & Experience

• Management skills: Able to lead and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of team goals.

• Team Leader: Ability to build and motivate teams.

• Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

• Performance Evaluation: Ability to analyze sales data, evaluate sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
