Position Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated Sales Manager to own qualified pipeline generated via outbound email marketing and inside sales efforts and nurture them to signed contracts. This is a quota‑carrying role focused on generating and nurturing new opportunities across our key service areas in Data & AI, Software Engineering, and Cloud Transformation.
Responsibilities
Closely work with outbound team to refine campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) with content support from marketing
Qualify leads through cold outreach and inbound follow‑up
Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to understand their needs and position our services effectively
Manage a high‑volume pipeline of opportunities, including tracking in CRM and reporting progress
Collaborate with technical pre‑sales team to convert leads into sales‑qualified opportunities
Convert sales qualified opportunities to signed contracts by creating winning proposals and successful negotiations
