Responsible for direct development and management of partners and System Integrator, especially in Oil&Gas/Electricity/Mining industry. Must also bring expertise in selecting partners and steps to take to further develop the key accounts.
Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and satisfaction with the client.
Maintaining a harmonious relationship and visiting the clients.
Ability to adapt with strategic planning and priority setting of the department (sales &marketing action plan)
Prepares and analyzes performance tools and reports, including data analysis to monitor and improve the project/accounts performance.
Analyzes contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness; submits the billing s to the client promptly and follows up on any issues.
Review and manage the inventory and sales out tracking and management.
