To lead and manage the indirect sales channel (brokers / channel partners) in order to drive revenue growth for Danube Properties. You will build, nurture, and motivate a network of brokers and channel partners, ensure high lead quality and conversion, and deliver on sales targets while maintaining compliance and excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationship with premium network of channel sales / real estate brokers.
- Focus on quality lead generation.
- Supervise and ensure the registration of each enquiry efficiently.
- Achieve and maintain high conversion rate of sales.
- Assess and review business approach, devise and implement target-based sales strategy and monitor sales performance.
- Be directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group.
