These consultants will be trained to take exclusive projects to market, building relationships across the agent and agency network, and
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and agencies across Dubai.
- Work with exclusive projects and inventory for the developer.
- Sell and advertise those projects to your network of agents.
- Develop your own pipeline of agent partners from the ground up.
- Represent the developer professionally across the market.
- Complete the structured training academy to move from leasing into developer sales.
- Keep activity, leads, and deal progress accurately tracked.
- Hit individual sales targets as the business scales.
