Responsibilities

• Understand relevant demographics and key consumer drivers of the GCC market and HNI markets
• Work closely with the brand team to implement SQ initiatives in key pockets
• Work closely with the Central marketing organisation to implement sourcing strategies
• Work closely with marketing and sales to execute community, brand and developer specific events
• Track the local media and work with content team to tailor PR and content strategies
• Track spends, MIS and report back to the CMO, board and Transaction Leader for the market
• Track developer relationships and update all teams on their launch calendar for timely response
• Work with project marketing teams on launch amplification and volume closures
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to push social media content on relevant pages
