The Sales Manager for Construction Project is responsible for identifying, developing, and winning capital construction project opportunities in the upstream oil and gas sector, with a strong focus on floating production assets such as FPSOs and FSUs. This role drives early engagement with owners, operators, EPCs, shipyards, and package contractors to position the company for project specification, commercial success, and long-term growth. The individual will lead project pursuit strategy, manage a team of sales associates, build a strong sales pipeline, and engage confidently with stakeholders from engineering and commercial teams to C‑suite executives.
