Position Overview
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Manage the overall regional business to achieve maximum sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with key distributor partners in the region, acting as primary interface and voice of the customer to internal teams in operations, finance, and product marketing.
Develop, implement, track, and report on regional sales growth plans and target account opportunities.
Provide overall management expertise for assigned key accounts with focus on product mix, new product introductions, and opportunities to grow share.
Provide the business with forecasts and opportunity pipelines on an ongoing basis via a CRM tool.
Achieve regional sales targets by growing current customer mix, new business development and seating new products; participate in both high-level and local strategy-setting to help achieve these targets.
Motivate and manage a direct factory salesforce.
