Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Proven experience in handling frozen/food category

Has experience in handling frozen seafood; experience working in a start-up company is an advantage.

At least 5–8 years in sales leadership or managerial role

Strong network in HORECA, retail, modern trade, and distribution channels

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Willing to travel nationwide
