Position Overview
Direct the promotion and sales strategies of seed varieties in the country, based on the defined budget and the organization's rules and policies, with the aim of contributing to the achievement of the established business goals and profitability objectives.
This position reports to: General Manager.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Develop commercial relationships with key suppliers and clients in different regions to ensure the established sales goals and objectives are met.
- Define commercial strategies that ensure the fulfillment of the plan in your region.
- Coordinate promotional activities and technical training for clients, aiming to promote the organization's materials and inform them about the benefits of using the seed varieties we offer.
