• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• 5 - 8+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 - 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks and retail channels
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
