Job Description

• Assist the Sales and Marketing team in all phases of the sales process (pre-selling, selling, and after-sales)
• Prepare and maintain sales and marketing materials such as sales maps, price lists, presentations, and promotional content
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of buyer requirements prior to reservation and booking
• Coordinate with buyers, agents, and brokers regarding requirements, schedules, and transaction updates
• Liase with the Documentation team for submission and processing of after-sales requirements
• Monitor and update all sales transactions in the system
• Prepare transmittalas and ensure proper turnover of documents to concerned departments
• Receive and record client payments, ensuring proper documentation and reporting of discrepancies
