Sales Manager (Senior Level - various locations across Indonesia)

Job Description

• Execute all external principal programs in the assigned area
• Monitor program implementation to ensure target/KPI achievement and conduct post-program analysis
• Identify market insights, including competitor activities, business opportunities, and market trends, and propose initiatives/programs to Head Office when needed
• Support regional/area teams in the claim process by coordinating with the Finance team
• Handle cross-functional activities with other departments (Finance, Sales, PM, and Logistics) as a problem solver in the area
• Act as the liaison between SNS (HSO partner) and Regional Principals in the area
