The Deputy CEO currently oversees Malaysia sales operations alongside Indonesia and group strategy. This role exists to:
- Take full ownership of Malaysia sales β from lead generation to collection
- Free the Deputy CEO from operator-level sales decisions
- Build the pipeline of future Sales Directors within the system
- Drive consistent 100kW+ monthly output per rep across all channels
- Create a sales culture that is disciplined, values-led, and performance-driven
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own all Malaysia sales KPIs: leads, meetings, conversions, kWp, RM revenue, collections
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7β12 (ISR Outreach, ISR Sales, ISR Support, Field Sales)
- Conduct daily huddles using the Morning Command Check structure (pipeline, activity, follow-ups, priorities)
