About The Role

Equativ is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to grow our managed advertising business across Latin America, with a primary focus on Mexico and key regional markets. This is a senior individual contributor role β€” you own your pipeline, your relationships, and your number.

You will sell Equativ's full suite of managed solutions to a mix of media agencies and direct advertisers, positioning our ad tech platform as the partner of choice for premium digital advertising in the region.

What You'll Do
  • Own and exceed an individual revenue quota across Mexico and assigned LATAM markets.
  • Develop and grow relationships with media agencies (GroupM, Publicis, Havas, IPG, Omnicom) and direct advertisers across key verticals.
