Find, recruit and establish a team of Sales Agents to promote and secure sign ups and installations for Astro services

Coach and motivate team members to achieve set sales targets and to provide good customer service

Plan, organise and implement sales activities to achieve sales targets.

Ensure all documentation requirements are met and submitted in a timely manner.

Take immediate corrective action in cases where team members deviate from set policies and procedures.

Degree/Diploma holders in Business/Commerce/Communications or in any relevant field
