About the role
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, distribution, and profitability across the organisation’s most critical strategic retail partnerships at a national level. This role focuses on translating brand strategies into commercial execution, securing optimal category positioning, and cultivating high-level executive relationships with major key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management: Develop, negotiate, and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with designated national accounts to hit volume, value, and margin targets.
- Trading Terms Negotiation: Lead annual commercial reviews and trade term negotiations, balancing promotional spending against profitable ROI.
