Position Overview

            About the job Sales Manager (Marine Engine Makers)  Key Responsibilities:   Develop and implement after-sales strategies to maximize revenue from service & spare parts. 
Drive sales of engine maintenance services, overhaul packages, AMC contracts, and genuine spare parts . 
Build, strengthen, and retain relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and marine engineering firms. 
Identify customer pain points and propose tailored after-sales solutions (retrofits, upgrades, condition monitoring services). 
Work closely with service engineers, technical teams, and logistics for project execution and customer support. 
Negotiate commercial terms, quotations, SLAs, and annual service frameworks. 
Conduct market intelligence on competitor pricing, service offerings, and upcoming fleet maintenance schedules. 
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management.
