Role:  

As the Sales Manager, you will lead the end-to-end market launch and commercial success of our new inhouse High Speed Neuro Drill brand “ Sthira-G ”. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will transition from managing Pre-launch Clinical Trials to executing a full-scale Go-to-Market strategy. You will act as a Clinical Expert and Strategic Partner to Neuro & Spine surgeons, ensuring that Sthira-G becomes the preferred choice for precision and reliability in OTs across the region.
