We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our national sales function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, improving market share, strengthening customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team across the business. This role requires a strong balance of strategic sales leadership, hands-on key account management, pipeline discipline, commercial awareness and people development.
The Sales Manager will work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations and Warehousing to ensure that sales activity is aligned with broader business objectives, customer requirements and operational capacity.
