Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid – two days per week in office) Full‑time
Our client is looking for a driven, hands‑on Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales function as we continue to grow our Microsoft‑centric IT Service Management and IT Asset Management business. Based in Ottawa, this role is ideal for a player‑coach who can lead from the front—personally contributing to key opportunities while building the structure, discipline, and consistency needed to scale. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, partners, and Microsoft field teams to strengthen pipeline generation, improve forecasting, support successful deal execution, and help shape the next stage of our go‑to‑market organization. Our team follows a hybrid work model, with two in‑office days per week in Ottawa.
