Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing commercial operations for the company's noodle products. The role oversees Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) sales strategies, distributor management, trade marketing execution, key account development, and revenue performance while ensuring profitable and sustainable business growth.

Sales Strategy & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.

- Identify growth opportunities across Modern Trade, General Trade, wholesale, and institutional channels.

- Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
