Position Overview
Minimum 3β5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 1β2 years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 1β2 years in a Assistant Sales Manager or similar leadership role. Experience in an international hotel brand is preferred; Marriott experience is an advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Have good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales performance.
