Position Overview

            Develop, agree, and execute annual business plans with customers; monitor and drive monthly and quarterly performance against targets. 
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategies, contract terms, and conditions. 
Negotiate credit terms and ensure timely collection of payments from customers. 
Provide accurate demand, pricing, and payment forecasts on a monthly basis, with regular weekly updates. 
Identify and develop new customer opportunities in line with channel and marketing strategies. 
Monitor competitor pricing, market activities, and strategic movements to maintain competitive positioning. 
Manage key accounts through structured account planning, channel management strategies, and effective negotiations covering pricing, cash flow, and credit terms. 
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships based on trust and value creation.
