About the Role
We are looking for four dynamic, target-driven Sales Managers to own end-to-end sales performance for assigned travel regions/destinations. This is a pure-play, individual revenue-ownership role combined with people leadership β you will drive your region's sales targets while also mentoring and managing a team of sellers to maximize conversion, average order value, and customer experience. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our Jaipur headquarters. Key Responsibilities
β Own the complete sales P&L and revenue targets for your assigned region(s)/destination category, tracking daily, weekly, and monthly performance against goals.
