We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - ANZ to lead business development and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand.

The Sales Manager - ANZ will be Botsync's first dedicated in‑market sales hire in Australia. This is a hunter role requiring strong enterprise relationships, deep knowledge of industrial automation and intralogistics, and the commercial maturity to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder deals from qualification to close. Australia is one of Botsync's highest‑priority growth markets in FY2026 with an annual revenue target of SGD 2 million.

The key responsibilities includes:

• Pipeline generation and deal ownership
• Own the ANZ revenue target - build, qualify, and close enterprise deals across FMCG, automotive, pharmaceutical, and logistics verticals
