Black & Grey HR is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across GCC and domestic transportation operations. The role will focus on securing business for both company-owned fleet and market truck operations optimizing fleet utilization through back loads and expanding market presence across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow road freight and transportation business.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Secure back loads from GCC countries including KSA, Oman, Bahrain and other regional markets.
  • Drive revenue growth across industries such as FMCG, retail, automotive, construction and oil & gas.
  • Promote and expand additional logistics and transportation services within the existing customer base.
