Position Overview

            Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the shipping, maritime and offshore sectors. 
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, operators, and key industry stakeholders. 
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and global business objectives. 
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and technical teams. 
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion. 
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. 
Coordinate closely with internal departments (engineering, services, projects and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
