Position Overview

            Job Description Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities through territory coverage, networking, and social media 
Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver confident presentations on our products and services 
Build and manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting closure probability and tracking key metrics like headcount, attrition, and training needs 
Prepare quality sales and financial reports to support sales cadence 
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and internal or external events 
Negotiate and close deals, handling objections professionally 
Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, support, partner alliance, and marketing teams 
Gather and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders 
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
