Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Lead and drive business development within assigned verticals (Enterprise, Education, Government, Hospitality, Entertainment) 
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow pipeline and close high-value AV solution deals 
Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, driving performance and target achievement 
Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to secure long-term partnerships 
Oversee the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure 
Work closely with internal design, engineering, and project teams to deliver integrated solutions 
Monitor team pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance metrics 
Identify market opportunities and guide team direction based on industry trends 
Requirements  Minimum Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in AV, IT, or related industries
