We’re hiring a Sales Manager for Spain. Salaried. Urgent.

NEXRA is a multi-vertical technology platform - shipping, payments, hospitality, restaurants, recruitment tech, and government infrastructure. We’re expanding across Europe in 2026, and Spain is one of our first markets.

We need someone on the ground within 6 weeks.

The role

This is a permanent, salaried position - rare in a company that otherwise runs entirely on commission. You’ll be the anchor of our Spain operation: building and managing a network of commission-only sales reps, driving your own new business, and owning the country commercially from day one.

You report directly to the European Expansion Lead and the CEO. No layers. No hand‑holding.
