Role Summary

The Sales Manager leads a team of Sales Reps, BDRs, and Account Executives responsible for outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with U.S. clients. This role requires C1+ English, strong leadership, deep sales process knowledge, and the ability to run a high‑volume, metrics‑driven sales floor.

You will own team performance, coaching, KPIs, scripts, CRM hygiene, and revenue targets.
