The Sales Manager Pneumatech leads the commercial development of Pneumatech solutions across the assigned territory, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth through both direct and indirect sales channels. The role combines strategic sales leadership, technical-commercial expertise, partner development, and people care, with the objective of positioning Pneumatech as the reference brand for high‑value, niche, and energy‑efficient air and gas generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Business Development

Achieve sales targets in quantitative and qualitative terms, aligned with AGE (Air and Gas Application) and CTS (Compressor Technique Service)strategies.

Translate Pneumatech and AGA stategy into actionable local plans, KPIs, and territory segmentation.

Lead the Pneumatech sales process, applying the principle of presence × success rate to maximize commercial effectiveness.
