Position Overview

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:



  • Act as a support staff to the Sales and Marketing Department.  Will be responsible for filing, answering phones, typing and general office duties.

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Distribute contracts, memos, reports, changes, and revisions.
  • Copy correspondence or other printed matter.
  • Route incoming mail, faxes, and packages.
  • Prepare confirmations, thank-you letters, cover sheets, functions information sheets, rooming lists, etc.
  • Check and remove all information from Sales Managers out-baskets and keep an update.
  • Use the intercom/voicemail system to announce appointments and calls Handle and direct all incoming phone calls.
  • Handle and type all correspondence.
  • Greet guests and direct them to appropriate parties.
