Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand the terms of the client’s contract to ensure that contractual commitments are continually met.
• Identify various objectives that will assist in maintaining and moving the business relationship forward. Set goals and produce creative, measurable and workable plans to achieve them, communicating the plans, key dates and activities to all involved.
• Providing on‑going customer satisfaction.
• Enhancing customer Relationships.
• Working closely with travel consultants.
• Managing, development and motivating consultants, and addressing issues and concerns.
• Increasing profitability of customer base.
• Develop business plan for each customer structure which may identify sales opportunities.
