Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Excel sheets for leads generated from various sources including campaigns, Google Forms, and other verticals.
• Review and filter incoming leads to identify genuine and valid customer details.
• Connect with potential customers via calls to verify requirements and build initial engagement.
• Share qualified leads with the Sales/Demo/dealers for further action.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales/dealer to track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and lead progress.
• Ensure smooth communication flow between marketing, sales/demo/dealers

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filtering, basic management).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently and professionally.
