Responsibilities

• Promote and sell FLEX products and other building materials
• Visit customers at construction sites, workshops, and project locations
• Generate new leads and develop new accounts
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate with the office regarding orders, deliveries, and payment collections

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build relationships with contractors, MEP companies, workshops, and construction firms
• Good knowledge of power tools, abrasives, and building materials
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Excellent customer service and follow‑up skills
