About the Role
As a Sales & Operation Support, you’ll drive customer success by ensuring accurate, timely product delivery while managing the full order and tender lifecycle. You’ll also support marketing initiatives that grow our presence in the scientific industry.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Procurement: Manage end-to-end order workflows—from receipt to delivery—ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Tender Management: Prepare, submit, and track tenders; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for compliance.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Assist with campaigns, content, and events to promote our scientific products and services.
- Client Success: Proactively resolve issues, maintain strong communication, and ensure customers receive the right products at the right time.
